play.mosaeq.com (“the Simulator”) is an interactive educational simulation that lets users experience the challenges of pharmaceutical drug development. Players select real or hypothetical molecular compounds and navigate a simulated preclinical and regulatory approval process using mosaeQ's patent-protected quantum computation platform (NEMP).

The Simulator is designed to:

• ▸Demonstrate the complexity of preclinical safety testing (ADME, hERG cardiotoxicity, pharmacokinetics)
• ▸Teach how global regulatory agencies (FDA, EMA, PMDA, NMPA, TGA) evaluate drug candidates
• ▸Introduce users to the capabilities of quantum-accelerated molecular analysis
• ▸Provide a competitive, engaging interface for exploring drug safety science

The Simulator is NOT:

• ▸A gambling platform. There are no chance-based mechanics. All outcomes are determined by the scientific properties of the selected compound and the player's strategic decisions. No real money can be won or lost through gameplay.
• ▸A cryptocurrency, blockchain, or token-based platform. “Credits” and “m-Score” are internal game metrics only. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for currency, and cannot be transferred between users.
• ▸A real regulatory submission tool. Simulation results do not constitute regulatory advice and must not be used as the basis for actual regulatory filings or clinical decisions.
• ▸An AI or machine learning system. mosaeQ uses quantum computation from first principles (NEMP algorithm). It does not use neural networks, training data, or statistical machine learning.

The Simulator offers optional paid tiers:

• ▸Explorer: Free — basic preclinical testing with limited compound library
• ▸Investor: /month (temporary promotional launch price) — expanded compound access, enhanced m-Score tracking, priority computation
• ▸Ultimate: €29/month — custom SMILES upload, full regulatory pathway simulation, sponsor challenges

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscription cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.

Subscription fees are not reimbursed for partial periods already started. One-time digital products (including extra trap tests and individual test unlock purchases) are non-refundable once purchased, and unused one-time products cannot be converted into subscription credit.

Paid features enhance the simulation experience. Free users can complete the core gameplay loop without payment.

The Simulator uses real pharmacological data and genuine regulatory frameworks. Compounds available in the Simulator (e.g., Ataluren, Cerivastatin, Ciprofloxacin, Dexamethasone, Fentanyl) are real pharmaceutical substances with published preclinical and clinical data.

However:

• ▸Simulation results are for educational and demonstration purposes only.
• ▸Computed values (ADME predictions, hERG assessments, PBPK models) are generated by the NEMP quantum computation engine and may differ from published experimental values.
• ▸The Simulator does not replace in vitro, in vivo, or clinical testing.
• ▸No simulation output should be interpreted as medical, pharmaceutical, or regulatory advice.

• ▸The Simulator is hosted on infrastructure located exclusively in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
• ▸User data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• ▸Custom SMILES strings uploaded by users are processed for computation purposes only and are not shared with third parties.

• ▸The NEMP algorithm and G-quadruplex biosensor technology are protected by international patents.
• ▸“mosaeQ” is a trademark of Mosae Zorg Industries UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
• ▸Game mechanics, scoring systems, and interface designs are proprietary.
• ▸Users retain ownership of any custom SMILES strings they upload.

The Simulator is intended for users aged 16 and older. It contains scientific and pharmaceutical content that may not be suitable for younger users. No content in the Simulator is violent, sexual, or otherwise age-restricted beyond its scientific complexity.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin.
